Resolve Configuration Assessment Errors


Introduction

This guide explains what to do if you encounter errors while performing configuration assessments.

Submit Support Ticket with assessor Log

1. Start a Product Technical Support ticket.
2. Fill out the fields with as much detail as possible and attach the assessor log to the ticket.

Log Location

Go to your designated CIS SecureSuite Platform destination directory and then logs/securesuitelogs (e.g., C:/Program Files/SecureSuite/logs/securesuitelogs).

What are the #.log ZIP files?

The size of the log files are limited. Older log entries get zipped up when the log file reaches a certain size, and a new log file gets created.

3. Select Submit.
